Refund & Cancellation Policy

1. Instant digital delivery

Your listing is a digital service delivered immediately on successful payment. Because delivery is instant and the product is expressly a novelty listing (with nothing else promised), all sales are final and refunds are not offered once a listing has been created.

2. Exceptions

We will review and, where verified, refund in these cases:

• Duplicate charges for the same transaction.
• Unauthorized transactions you did not make.
• A technical or processing error on our or the gateway’s side.

Email admin@boitclub.com within 7 days of the payment with your payment reference. Verified refunds are returned to the original payment method, typically within 5–7 business days.

3. Cancellation / removal

You may ask us to remove your listing at any time by email; removal does not by itself entitle you to a refund, per section 1.
